If only you knew Jimmy Fallon, or Oprah, or Barack Obama, Taylor Swift, Ellen DeGeneres or Lady Gaga…
And if only they would tweet about your new CD, your next concert or your new composition to their millions of Twitter followers.
You would be the talk of the town and the Twittersphere – thousands of people would line up to buy your CD, get front row seats at your concerts making it possible for millions to experience your art.
But you probably don’t.
But you do know a well-known chef or restaurateur, a noted author, a gardening guru, a wine connoisseur, pet authority, radio personality or other mover-shakers of influence with devoted followers. They blog, they play, they make news, they set trends, they get noticed in some big way.
What if they loved what you do and believed in you?
What if you were to collaborate with them in some way, and they passed the word on to their devoted followers? Or, what if they just offered up a riveting endorsement and a link to your website?
Each could be a friend with benefits.
